Wayne has more than 20 years experience in the General, Correctional and Mental Health fields. He has worked in both Clinical and Disability areas as a Clinician and a Manager. Amongst other things he has developed and coordinated programs, services and education around service provision to clients from Non English Speaking Backgrounds. Working in the public Health system for over five years Natalie has first hand knowledge of the experience that overseas trained doctors and nurses encounter in their new environment. Natalie's clinical experience along with her nurse educator background is important to the success of training sessions. This results in the creation of real life examples, making exercises relevant to participants taking part and ensuring lessons can be learnt and applied in their own professional lives. Natalie works with Judith Miralles & Associates as a trainer and actor and is involved in the training of both internationally trained doctors and nurses.[ top ^ ] |

Dr. Hung The Nguyen has an interest in cross-cultural medical practice and Indigenous health. With five years experience in remote Indigenous health in the top end and desert Aboriginal communities of the Northern Territory, he has worked as a general practitioner in an Aboriginal Community Control Health Service. Hung has been teaching international medical graduates as a medical tutor in a bridging course and continues his interest in this area with us in preparing doctors for work in the Australian Medical System. He was senior lecturer in the field of general practice at Monash University; now director of medical and cultural education, Northern Territory General Practice Education (NTGPE) and based in Darwin. MBBS (Hons), FRACGP Dr. Thanh Nguyen is a general practitioner currently working in Bundoora and Diamond Creek with an interest in cross cultural medicine. He had previously worked in community health in Collingwood. He was previously the Victorian Exam Panel Chair for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and is currently a QA Examiner for the college. He is an Australian Medical Council examiner and a GP Supervisor at Diamond Creek and has a strong interest in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. [ top ^ ] |

MBBS, FRACGP and Grad Cert Health Professional Education Dr. Christos Papachristos has an interest in cross-cultural medicine having worked as a general practitioner for seventeen years in Coburg and Clifton Hill areas with a high proportion of ageing and immigrant patients. He has been working in medical education for eight years, teaching undergraduates as a senior lecturer at Melbourne University and postgraduates in the General Practice Training Program at both Melbourne and Monash Universities.
