Welcome to Judith Miralles & Associates.

In Spanish there's a saying, cada loco con su tema, or loosely translated, everyone has a driving passion, something that sustains them and to which they return over and over again.

Our passion at Judith Miralles & Associates is to ensure Australia grows strong from its cultural diversity.

Some say that Australia is a nation of boat-people; people arriving here with little luggage but with huge dreams and aspirations. And with a strong desire to take an active role in nation building as citizens, workers, parents, students, neighbours….

We work with government, community and business to find ways to make cultural diversity a driver for social cohesion and innovative business practices.

Organisations approach us to help them identify gaps in service delivery as well as develop policy and planning responses.

Our research capabilities inform the formulation of sound policies, programs, and communication campaigns.

Our training, renowned for its dynamic and sophisticated treatment of cultural diversity complements our other activities.
